More than 30 years ago, Dave Thomas led an initiative advocating for better adoption benefits in the workplace. The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, a national non-profit public charity, has carried that legacy forward through its Adoption-Friendly Workplace program.
The Foundation is committed to providing free resources, informed by annual research, that support employers across the U.S. in becoming Adoption- and Foster-Friendly Workplaces.
