Template survey

We are doing research to improve questions about physical and mental health and drug use. These questions are used in a large national survey, called the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, which is given to about 70,000 people every year. The purpose of the study is to get feedback on how easy or difficult some survey questions are to answer.

The study is conducted by RTI International and is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration or SAMHSA. The interview will be virtual, conducted via Zoom, and take up to 60 minutes. If you qualify and take part in the virtual interview, you will receive a $40 gift card.
